If you think bathing is an activity that should be enjoyed in the privacy of your own home, you clearly haven’t heard of these

Igloo with a view
Zermatt, SWITZERLAND
Attempting to climb the Matterhorn is dangerous, and potentially deadly. Enjoying a vista of the Matterhorn from a hot tub in an igloo whilst indulging in a cheese platter is less treacherous, but a hell of a lot more fun. Iglu-Dorf recrafts its whimsical igloo villages at scenic Alpine locations across Switzerland, Austria and Germany each winter.
Choose an igloo suite with a private whirlpool with a view, or warm up in one of the outdoor hot tubs and do the thing where you roll in the snow, then jump in a hot tub, then steam yourself in a sauna.

Sea the City
New York, USA
If Lady Liberty wanted to give her arm a rest, step off her pedestal, and chill, she’d no doubt be up for a boat tour around New York’s City’s Liberty Island whilst soaking in one of two party-sized hot tubs.
The 90-minute Sea the City’s hot tub boat experience gives you an educational tour of New York’s most legendary sights, including the Statue of Liberty and the Manhattan skyline, whilst cruising on the very same Hudson River where Captain Chesley Burnett "Sully" Sullenberger III made his legendary 2009 emergency landing of Flight 1549. With coolers and ice on board, you can drink to that.

Little Siberia
Copenhagen, DENMARK
Fans of industrial Scandi and hot tubs won’t believe their luck during a visit to CopenHot's Little Siberia in Copenhagen. Leveraging off the backdrop of the neighbouring shipyard, an industrial-style urban garden has been created, complete with fire-heated hot tubs, saunas and cold plunge tubs. Shipbuilders named the area Little Siberia because it was the coldest place on the island, so you’ll probably want to bag a seat in the 40°C hot tub rather than the ice-cold plunge pool. If you need extra fire in your belly, there’s a bartender on hand.

Hot tub on a train
Tokyo, JAPAN
Japan’s Train Suite SHIKI-SHIMA gives a whole new meaning to soaking in the scenery. The exclusive luxury SHIKI-SHIMA, which means the island of four seasons, is the only train in the world to feature private hot tubs. The train is configured to carry a maximum of only 34 passengers in its six sleeping cars, two of which feature the hot tubs. Made out of cypress wood and engineered to cope with the train’s rocking motion, the tubs are designed to enable you to sit back, relax and enjoy the view. The train offers two or four-day itineraries that vary according to the season, but most include the opportunity to visit an onsen if the train tub has you craving more.

Yachtuzzi
Arizona, USA
“What if we combined a jacuzzi…and a yacht…yachtuzzi!”
We can just about see the lightbulb appearing above the head of whatever legend thought of this.
Departing from Arizona’s Scorpion Bay Marina, you control the direction of the yachtuzzi with a joystick…all while floating in a jacuzzi along the picturesque Lake Pleasant.
There’s a control for the temperature of the water and there’s a Bluetooth speaker. You can fit up six people at a time in one of these bad bois – so either make it a romantic float along the lake for you and bae, or go for a mad chill with you and your mates.
