Is this the future… or is it just Azerbaijan?
The way Yasser Alaa Mobarak captures this dazzling, spaceship-like structure (and all its curves) against a rich blue sky, makes it feel like it’s a portal to another world. Is it a museum? A secret space station? We have no idea but we do know it’s bold, sleek, and one of the coolest buildings we’ve ever seen. Walking here must feel like stepping onto the set of a sci-fi epic. And for that reason, it’s our Frame Your View competition winner.

A bit of golden hour magic on a train to who-knows-where (well, we do).
This photo captures a dreamy wanderer leaning out of the window as Myanmar’s landscapes fly past her, soaking in the glow of the setting sun. You can almost feel the warm breeze brushing past her face as she lets life slow down for a moment – metaphorically of course.
But is she escaping, chasing adventure, or just enjoying the ride? Whatever her story, this photo is the literal embodiment of ,”It’s not the destination, it’s the journey,” and we’re just happy photographer Daniel Triguero Puchades took us along for the ride.

No guesses as to where this next image is; of course it's the Taj Mahal, or as it’s more commonly known as, the physical representation of one of the world’s greatest love stories.
This black and white photo by Anne Simmonds frames the marbleised beauty like a scene from a classic movie. Silhouetted visitors pause in awe, their chatter (probably) silenced by the timelessness of the structure before them. You can almost hear the echo of footsteps on the stone floor and feel a hint of romance in the air. We can’t stop staring.

There’s no getting around it, this is one striking image. From the layers of intricate beadwork and the shell centrepiece to the unapologetic but calm stare, this woman in Namibia gives off big main character energy.
The image’s composition feels intimate, as though we’ve been invited into her world, and the way the soft, natural light bathes her skin and highlights its rich tones, is a true masterclass by photographer Amanda Leckie. It’s earthy, it’s textural, it’s powerful and we love it.

A mighty snow-capped Himalayan peak plays peekaboo behind a thicket of clouds, teasing Peter Coleman’s camera with its majesty. He’s nailed the mood, balancing the rugged terrain and frosty setting with tiny hikers you can barely see (honestly, we missed them the first time ‘round).
But the scale of this image is truly epic. You have a hard time stopping your eyes from immediately going to the mountain peak, and once it does, a quick glance at the adventurous humans is just that: a quick glance. They’re so insignificant in the face of the monstrous mountain. It’s both humbling and cinematic.

Deep in Uganda’s Bwindi Impenetrable Forest, this mountain gorilla poses like a true natural.
This shot is pure paparazzi gold, capturing a tranquil moment this gentle giant casually munches on its leafy snack, totally unbothered by George White creeping nearby with his camera. Look at the detail – every wrinkle, every glossy strand of fur, those deep, thoughtful eyes. It’s enough for us to want to put Tarzan on immediately.
And the way the light dances off the surrounding greenery, framing this majestic model like a Nat Geo star, makes us want to book one way flights asap. This photo isn’t just a snapshot; it’s a reminder of the incredible beauty and serenity of the wild.
