ITINERARY
WHAT'S THE ONE THING YOU CAN'T TRAVEL WITHOUT?
SARAH MAREE CAMERON @sarahmareelife
I’ve gotten into a great habit of taking my silicone-covered glass water bottle with me on every domestic and international trip. Bottles of water can be some of the priciest purchases while travelling.
Sure, you’ve got to make sure it is empty before passing through security so I’ve necked a litre of water here and there – but it is worth it. It isn’t a sexy travel item, I know, but hydration is important!

Call me boring, but since ending up in a hospital bed in Tel Aviv on a drip thanks to a particularly nasty dose of glandular fever in my early 20s, I never head off on an overseas adventure without a decent travel insurance policy.
I’d still be paying off the insanely expensive bill now, if I hadn’t begrudgingly listened to my mum and taken out cover. Thanks mum.

There were a few candidates for this one, from my gorgeous Thanos one-piece which I always pack in case I might to go for a swim, to this handy chicken harness with matching leash.
But without a doubt, and for obvious reasons which clearly need no explanation, I never go on ANY trip without my trusty 3D LED Shrek Lamp. I know I’m not the only one.
Now get out of my swamp! haha.
get in the know Scotland has the tallest waterfall in Britain, Eas a’ Chual Aluinn, which is 658 feet. It is three times the height of Niagara Falls.
